НBased on the definitions of the Moscow city court Roskomnadzor took preliminary interim measures to protect the rights to broadcast of TV-3, TNT, STS, Rain (Dozhd), Friday (Pyatnica) and REN-TV TV channels.

At the moment, more than 200 Internet resources have stopped illegal broadcasts of TV channels, it is expected to stop broadcasting on 32 more sites (the deadline has not yet expired).

Telecom operators at the request of Roskomnadzor restrict access to the pages of 20 sites that have not stopped pirated broadcasts on the Internet of these TV channels.

Russian law provides extrajudicial measures to stop violations of copyright and (or) related rights, which allow rights holders to protect on the Internet all types of multimedia content, except for photos from illegal distribution. The Moscow city court makes the decision on the preliminary protection of these rights.
