“Rostelecom” with “Interactive TV” service has become the winner in the nomination “Best innovative service of the operator” of national award “Big digit-2018”.

Rostelecom consolidates and offers its subscribers the most interesting TV and video content, which can be viewed on any screen that can play videos regardless of the distribution area. Interactive TV is a new lev el of comfort when watching TV, which is adjusted individually by the user. Subscribers of the service have maximum set of additional services among all of the digital TV technology, including:

The winner in the nomination “the Best event organized by a TV channel for subscribers” was the premiere of the 7th season of “Game of Thrones”, which was organized by the online service Amediateka and the Moscow metro with the support of “Interactive TV” from “Rostelecom”. The premiere took place in the night from 17 to 18 July in Moscow at the Mayakovskaya metro station. Viewers of the first episode of the new season were met by white walkers, free “wild”, beautiful Daenerys Targaryen and the immortal Jon Snow. The exact copy of the Iron Throne was installed on the station platform.

“Big Digit” is the first Russian national award in the field of multichannel digital television, the awarding of which was held already for the 9th time in 2018. Annually on the results of voting of leading experts in the field of digital television, journalists and well-known state and public figures, “Big Digit” is awarded to Russian and foreign TV channels, Federal and regional operators, manufacturers and developers of hardware and software, online video services and other categories. The jury is headed by Anatoly Lysenko, President of the International Academy of television and radio, General Director of the Public television of Russia.
