The Fund Telconet Capital which belongs to Sergey Adonyev and Albert Avdalyan sells a number of assets, including 100% of online cinema Okko to Ekaterina Lapshina, the CEO of the company Marsfield, who is the exclusive investment Advisor of Telconet for several years, according to RNS.

In addition, according to the agreement, Lapshina got 50% of OOO “Ogodzhinsky energy holding”, 37.5% of the project for the construction of sea transshipment terminal in the Primorsky Krai, implemented by “Port Vera” Company, and 100% of LLC “Primorsky fishery cluster”.

“The team of Marsfield Capital and I are very familiar with all of the purchased assets and consider them to be promising. We are planning to develop them, perhaps in partnership with new investors”, — said Ekaterina Lapshina

The transaction amount was not disclosed. According to Lapshina, she paid from her personal funds and at the expense of attracted funding. The purchase is pending approval, including the FAS.
