ONLINE CINEMA IVI ANNOUNCES SHOWING SPACE COMEDY "TEAM B" A WEEK BEFORE THE TELEVISION PREMIERE ON STS

February 12, exactly one week before the television premiere, the online cinema ivi will show first 5 episodes of a new cosmic Comedy of STS “Team B”. The series will be shown in the framework of a partnership agreement between ivi and STS, which allows online cinema to show premieres of the channel in catch forward and catch up formats – few days before the television or immediately after it.

“Team B” tells the story of ordinary people willing to compete with real astronauts for the right to go to the Moon. Heroes will face serious tests in weightlessness, flying fighter planes, rotation in the centrifuge, and even a meeting with aliens.

The stars of Russian cinema – Vladimir Yaglych, Mikhail Efremov, Nastasya Samburskaya, Oskar Kuchera, Karina Andolenko, Jan Tsapnik, Mikhail Tarabukin, Valeriya Fedorovich, Sergey Batalov and other popular actors – will be conquering the Universe in a new project. Actors will be getting ready to fly on real space simulators in the costumes developed on a base of uniform of Space Forces of the Russian Federation.

Full cast of the project has evolved over the two years, but Vladimir Yaglych was approved for the lead role from the beginning: the authors were thinking of him, when working on the script. Vladimir himself is a big fan of the movie “Space Odyssey”, he admits: “it’s hard to say if I’m ready to fly into Space in a global sense, because it’s like a one way ticket to the unknown. But I am inspired by the determination of my hero and his team. I hope their love and desire for space will be transferred to our audience.”

“It’s such a popular idea that every guy wanted to become an astronaut. For example, I wanted to become Grechko, Minister of Defens, so I could send them to space. But, seriously, it is a very heavy, responsible, complicated job, absolutely not a vacation and not an adventure. And the stories that I heard confirm that the astronauts are somehow similar to doctors – I think by healthy cynicism”. Mikhail Efremov (Brusnitsyn)”

“Of course, the issue of space is relevant because it is an unknown world for us, and all that is unknown always beckons. And maybe children after watching the show will want to become astronauts again. As for my heroine, Sasha can assemble a Kalashnikov in 4 seconds, make communication device from a comb, or even built a rocket and fly on it. In General, the character is very cool!” Nastasya Samburskaya (Sasha)

“My character is awesome: maybe normal, and maybe crazy. My Gennady is a work fan, the man with one strange thing: he believes in the existence of aliens. He is ready for the hardest training to prove this fact” Oskar Kuchera (Gennady)

Users of ivi will be able to see how popular actors will transform into astronauts since February 12.
