OKKO MAKES A FLASHMOB IN ST. PETERSBURG METRO

Online cinema Okko launched a creative promo campaign in the metro because of the digital premiere of the film “Murder on the Orient Express”. The premiere of the film will be held in the service on February 23.

The promo campaign includes a super cover of Metro newspaper, which was released on February 12, a flash mob, where metro passengers went to work with a branded newspaper, a video about flash mob, as well as thematic contests in social networks: citizens could take a photo with the newspaper in the subway in private detective look and get prizes from Okko. Super cover has a slit for the eyes on the back, appealing to the well-known story about the surveillance; creative agency “Dekabrist” became the author of the original ideas.

The film “Murder on the Orient Express” by the book of Agatha Christie is a classic story about the detective, so the basis of the idea was the traditional detective reception surveillance of the object through the slots in the newspaper. This technique helped us to involve metro passengers in the “detective game”, giving them the opportunity to feel like real detectives “– says Anton Mohov, creative Director of “Dekabrist”.

You can see in the video how the flash mob of Okko was going.

Pre-order of the film “Murder in the Orient Express” is available right now in the online cinema Okko.
