IMHO Company will sell video advertising in YouTube videos posted by Russian TV channels, Vedomosti writes.
These include shows, news releases, and series hosted by channels or producer companies. Before Google was selling advertising in them.
IMHO will be responsible for advertising in more than 150 Russian-language channels. Among them – official channels of VGTRK, “STS media”, UTV, “Gazprom-media”, “Perviy Kanal”, as well as producer companies “Sreda”, Yellow, Black & White, Star Media, “Krasny Kvadrat” and others. Their total audience is 40 million unique users said in IMHO, citing data from Google.
According to source of Vedomosti, the contract with Google will bring IMHO budgets worth more than 1 billion rubles. At the same time, advertisers will be able to fine-tune YouTube campaigns, since Google have a small team of sellers in Russia, added Vadim Melnikov, managing partner of OMD OM Group Agency.
